Multi Sports = Six Disciplines in Seven Days !

Team Trisports showcased their multi sports talents with athletes competing over six different disciplines in the last seven days.

Brenda Bozwood Davies continued her rich vein of form with an age group win in the Kimbolton Sprint triathlon in a time of 1:27:01. Also taking to the water, Alyson Sprawson competed in the Nicetri Open Water Swim Race at Graham Water completing the 3.8k swim in 1:15:54.

Sean Bradley competed on two wheels twice in two days with fast and furious cat 4 road race action at Hillingdon, finishing in the bunch sprint with an 8th and then following up with a 25:30 10 Mile Time Trial at the Ashwell Mid-Week TT for 3rd fastest time on the night.

New member Ben Reidy competed in the tenth and final round of the Beastway MTB Series with a PB, 33rd overall and 8th in the masters class.

In running, Mark Harris tested his running speed on the track with an open mile event at St Ives recording a time of 4:46:77 and Helen Shulver continued her series of parkrun 5k road races with a time of 21:28 for 4th female and age group winner in the Sheffield Hallam Park event

And finally it was a case of another week another country for Dil Wetherill who recovered from his off road ETU Age Group Championship exploits in Holland with a 5K running event in Charlottesville, Virginia USA completing the hilly, hot and humid event in 19:44 for 8th overall and winner of the vet class.
