The men were 3rd in the A Team and 2nd in the B Team competitions to consolidate a 2nd overall in A and 3rd overall in B. Steve Metcalfe was first for the club with Mark Harris, Pete Ryan, Steffan Ford. Mark Robertson, Brian White. Jon Budge and Chris Baxter making up the scoring 8 for the A Team with Ben Turner, Steve Chalk, Steve Moakes, Richard Thomas and Craig Tribe scoring for the B Team. Drew Lowrie and Paul Dutton also competed for the men.
The story of the day is Heather Storey (pictured) who competed in the cross country at 10:30am at Watford over 6 miles and then travelled to Hillingdon for the cyclocross finale at 1:00pm in which she won 3rd women overall for the series. A truly committed and inspiring effort very much in the spirit of Team Trisports.
